Allegra Development built this 20,000 square foot facility in 2001 which is currently occupied by United Tile and Marble. The facility features a floor that is recessed through out the entire showroom to allow for the different heights of the various tile's on the floor while maintaining a flush finish floor.

Allegra Development installed custom cherry doors, trim and millwork and extensive use of marble, granite and tile to make this a one of a kind building. United Tile and Marble sells and installs tile, marble and granite.
