Allegra Development built this 45,000 square foot plastic injection molding facility in 1998 and is currently occupied by PTI Engineered Plastics.

Allegra Development custom built the facility which features a 10 ton crane system, two interior truck wells, a ventilation system in the shop area, skylights, heavy power, and a 200' long concrete trench for underground electrical conduit, data transfer and water re-circulation to all of the plasitc injection molding machines.
