Allegra Development built this 33,000 square foot industrial building for Carmela Foods in 2005. This industrial building features a 3,000 square foot freezer, a 6,000 square foot refrigerator and four truck docks.

Allegra Development installed custom wood doors and extensive use of ceramic tile to make the office area very attractive. Carmela Foods is a wholesale distributor of gourmet food from around the world. Carmela Foods was able to obtain an twelve year tax abatement for this facility.
