This 56,638 square foot industrial building was begun in September of 2003 by Allegra Development and completed in February of 2004 and is currently occupied by Caratron Industries. The facility features full air conditioning in the shop, air lines, primary power.

Allegra Development installed custom oak doors and ceramic tile to make the office area very attractive. Caratron Industries is a gear maker that specializes in aerospace. Caratron was able to obtain an twelve year tax abatement for this facility.
